These terms govern your business relationship with Moore Group for OEM/ODM jewelry and watch manufacturing services.
Agreement Overview
Welcome to Moore Group Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Customer," or "you") and Moore Group Ltd., a Hong Kong-registered company specializing in mid-to-high-end jewelry and watch OEM/ODM manufacturing services.
By engaging our services, placing orders, or accessing our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Services Definition
OEM/ODM Manufacturing
Moore Group provides comprehensive Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services for jewelry and watches, including but not limited to design development, prototyping, mass production, quality control, and packaging.

- • High-end brass and stainless steel watches (quartz & automatic)
- • Alloy and titanium timepieces
- • Custom packaging and branding solutions
2. Order Process & Requirements
Minimum Order Quantities
- • Jewelry: 200 pieces per design/SKU
- • Watches: 300 pieces per design/SKU
- • Custom tooling orders: 500+ pieces
Lead Times
- • Sample development: 7-15 business days
- • Mass production: 25-35 business days
- • Custom tooling: Additional 10-15 days
Note: All lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, seasonal demand, and material availability. Confirmed timelines will be provided in writing with each purchase order.
3. Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Schedule
- • Sample orders: 100% payment before production
- • Mass production: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% before shipment
- • Established clients: Net 30 terms available upon credit approval
Accepted Payment Methods
- • Wire transfer (T/T)
- • Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight
- • Trade assurance through verified platforms
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Our Quality Standards
Moore Group maintains ISO9001, ISO14001, and BSCI Grade B certifications. All products undergo 100% inspection and comply with ROHS, REACH, and CA65 standards.

Defect Resolution
- • Defect rate tolerance: <0.5%
- • Replacement or credit for confirmed defects
- • Claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Client IP Protection
All client-provided designs, specifications, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client. Moore Group will not reproduce, distribute, or disclose such information to third parties.
Moore Group IP
Our proprietary manufacturing processes, techniques, and original designs remain Moore Group's intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights only for agreed-upon products and purposes.
6. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Shipping Terms
- • Default: FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong
- • CIF/DDP available upon request
- • Express shipping for samples
- • Sea freight for bulk orders
Risk & Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title to goods transfer to the client upon delivery to the carrier (FOB terms) or as otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Moore Group's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to such claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
- 1. Good faith negotiation (30 days)
- 2. Mediation through HKIAC
- 3. Arbitration in Hong Kong (if required)
Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
9. Modifications & Updates
Moore Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and communicated to active clients via email.
Continued engagement with our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
